Status and quality improvement of tourist services in the region

The paper is devoted to the one of the most important directions of development of economy of our country - the formation and development of tourist-recreational sphere. That is of great importance for the transition to a modern innovative economic development of the Lipetsk region. The necessity of the development of tourist-recreational sphere of the Lipetsk region is described as acute problem of improving the quality of tourist services at the regional level. The authors investigate the status and assessment of the development of tourist-recreational potential of region, quality of tourist services in the region, the main tourist clusters, the problems and directions of improvement of quality of tourist services in the regional market.
