State and trends of the development of effective interaction of government and business in the social sphere of the Smolensk region

The article discusses the state and trends of effective interactions between government and business in the regional aspect, the prospects for the development of the social sphere in general and social entrepreneurship in the Smolensk Region. The author shows that the power structures of the Smolensk Region are focused on further improvement and development of socially oriented regional programs. This is a necessary measure to maintain and strengthen the growth dynamics, as well as to eliminate the risks and negative trends associated with the coronavirus pandemic in 2020-2021, as well as with the current situation of the western sanctions policy.
