State and trends of development of the regional real estate market

The article examines the main elements of the functioning of the real estate market, its functions and structure. A comprehensive assessment of the state of the housing market in the Republic of Mordovia was carried out, the main trends and problems of its development were identified. The results of the study made it possible to determine the level of housing affordability in the region.
