Status and trends of development of legislation in the field of energy

The article considers current state and main trends of development of legislation in the sphere of energy policy of the Russian Federation. The author comes to the conclusion that currently there is a rapid improvement of legal regulation in this sphere. At the same time, norms governing relations in public administration in the energy sector, mostly scattered in the normative acts of different legal force, systematization, and even the codification of numerous and fragmented regulatory framework.
