The results of long-term observations of some invasive species of plants and animals introduced in the present time in the natural biocenoses reserve «Basegi» are presented. Among the plants the greatest threat to native flora lupine multivalent (Lupinus polyphyllus Lindl., Fabaceae), marked the first time in 2012. Most of the invasive (stray) bird species are rare or sporadically. Mammals largest volume of materials collected by the American mink (Neovison vison (Schreber), Mustelidae), which allows to evaluate her condition in protected ecosystems and to predict future behavior in the natural environment of the reserve. Most invasive species is classified as expanding its range naturally. They are mostly European or southern origin. It can be assumed that the dynamics of their areas linked to macro-climatic trends currently observed in the direction of warming and even the arid climate of the temperate latitudes. In the context of the reserve for the populations of invasive species need special control and this subject will be included in the strategic plan for the scientific department.
