State of rootage after cloning Thuja western (Thuja occidentalis L.) with application microbes-antagonistes at conditions of Omsk region

The application of biological preparations during growing of stick young plants Thuja occidentalis L. into different composition of soil has been described. Experiments have been realized in 2009-2013 years. Increase of length of roots on 15-22% by influence of preparations have been shown. Vermiculite influence positively on length of roots during two years. The roots equally developes into standart soil and into soil with vermiculite in theirs third year. Independently from composition of soil, value of root’s coefficientes equally for young plant on the same age.
