The state of the international affairs in Europe and diplomatic relations of England and Russia (1719-1731)

In the article the international relations of Russia with the countries Western Europe, first of all with England, in the poorly investigated historical period - 1719 - 1731, in the context of the development of Russian-English economic relations are analyzed: beginning with the publication of three memorials in 1719 - 1720 and ending with the restoration of the diplomatic relations between the two countries in 1731.
