Indexes of the microcirculation (MC) and hepatolienal blood flow (HBF) of 58 patients: people with high normal BP (20 people) and people suffering from arterial hypertension (AH) 1-2 degree - 18 and 20 patients correspondingly were studied in a comparative aspect. The state of MC of the liver was estimated using Doppler flowmetry (DFM) in 3-acupuncture points (2 points - corresponds to the location of the liver, 3rd point was registerd in the Zakharyin-Ged zone). Control group - 35 healthy people. With increasing degree of blood pressure main indicators of basal hepatic blood flow and respiratory samples proportionally increased. The value of capillary blood flow reserve (CBFR) in patients with high normal blood pressure and hypertension 1 degree at all points was reduced, with hypertension 2nd degree - increased. In patients with high normal blood pressure after the occlusion test CBFR was the highest. In patients with high normal blood pressure rate normocirculatory variant was 2.6 times less than in the comparison group, while in 2.7 times more likely to have hyperemic type. In 1-2nd degrees of hypertension were observed only abnormal microcirculation options with a predominance of spastic and spastic-stasis. In all cases, the diameters of the celiac trunk, hepatic and splenic artery, hepatic and splenic vein, portal vein and inferior vena were within the normal values. In 1st and 2nd degrees maximum velocity of blood flow in the celiac trunk, hepatic artery and hepatic vein decreased.
