The complex study of biochemical features of supraepithelial mucosal layer components in 85 patients with grade II-III epithelial dysplasia and stage II-III gastric cancer with the assessment of their clinical and prognostic factors was carried out. Significant differences in the parietal mucosal layer components between patients with minimal inflammatory changes in the gastric mucosa and patients with gastric mucosal dysplasia were found.
