The state of drug situation in the member-states of the collective security treaty organization and priority areas in combating drug-related crime: on the results of the XVII International scientific and practical conference

The article is written following the results of the XVII international scientific and practical conference "Actual problems of drug prevention and counteraction to legal and illegal drug trafficking: national and international levels" held on 17-18 April 2014 at Siberian Law Institute of the FDCS of Russia. Criminological characteristics and a short-term forecast of drug-related crime in the Member-States of the Collective Security Treaty Organization are presented. The main contents of scientific forum recommendations are revealed.
