The state of labor resources provision in the recreational sector of the economy of the Republic of Crimea

The paper presents the results of the research of the problem related to the labor supply of there creational sphere of the Republic of Crimea. The analysis is carried out against the background of successes in the development of similar industries in the world economy and the economy of the Russian Federation. The study of important issues of labor supply in the tourism sector of the Republic is based on officially published statistical data and reporting documents of the relevant department supervising the industry. The reasons and factors negatively affecting the level of staffing and resource provision are identified, and recommendation sare made to improve the situation.
