The state of coagulation system in patients with end-stage renal failure in the early postoperative period after kidney transplantation

In the present study, disorders in the hemocoagulation system and the rate of hemostasis system recovery in patients with chronic kidney disease after allotransplantation have been studied. It was found that in patients with chronic kidney disease after kidney transplantation for 2-3 days after surgery, the phenomenon of coagulopathy is observed in the form of changes in most parameters of the blood coagulation system. Expected disorders of blood coagulation can be prevented in high-risk groups with low baseline parameters of blood coagulation and a long disease duration.
