Reaction of the skin vessels after microsurgical transplantation of a free axial groin flap (FAGF) under the influence of Aeplir was investigated. Studying vascular bed on macro-and micropreparations was performed by means of a technique of an intravascular injection of Gerots mass. After FAGF transplantation, signs of stagnation, augmentation of numerical density of vessels were observed; restoration of vascular communications began from 14 days. Morphological changes of a vascular bed were less expressed after application of Aeplir. Application of various forms of Aeplir essentially improves processes of adaptation and integration of free axial flaps.
