Анализируются меры, введенные странами в рамках «торговых войн» с начала 2020 г. Дается оценка возможностям Китая в части выполнения обязательства по закупкам американских товаров в условиях пандемии согласно условиям торгового соглашения. Обозначаются риски для России.
