The analysis of statistical data on the state of working conditions of meat processing workers in the Russian Federation, as well as directly on the Republic of Crimea in recent years, is given. Based on the established main causes and circumstances of accidents, recommendations are proposed aimed at reducing industrial injuries in the industry.
