The state of consumer protection in modern Russia

The article reflects such aspects as: legal regulation of consumer rights protection, features of the activities of the federal executive body in the field of consumer rights protection - Rospotrebnadzor. As a result of the review of scientific literature, the study of statistical, analytical materials, expert assessments, the author identified the most pressing problems characteristic of the consumer protection sphere in Russia, and reflected the prospects for its development.
