Status and development of the market of social housing in the Rostov region

The article examines the peculiarities of the social housing market as one of the forms of solving the housing problem of the population of the Rostov region. Characterized by the parameters and trends of the social housing market area. Its spatial features in urban and rural areas are analyzed. It is concluded that it is necessary to build cost-effective social multi-apartment residential buildings of various storeys with a standard layout, which will reduce the cost of housing construction and will provide them with socially unprotected categories of the population.
