Soteriological meaning and purpose of the Russian world

The article considers the soteriological orientation of Russian religious philosophy as the deepest expression of the Russian idea. The soteriological meaning of Russian philosophy is revealed in P. Ya. Chaadaev, A. S. Khomyakov, F. M. Dostoevsky, N. A. Berdyaev, etc., as well as in a number of contemporary philosophers. The author proceeds from the fact that the formation of the Russian world cannot be limited to the geopolitical dimension, but must be mediated by soteriological spiritual experience, which is most clearly represented in the traditions of Russian religious philosophy, where historiosophy is permeated by soteriology, and soteriology is revealed in the historiosophical context. These ideas are of particular importance for the political construction of the Russian world, in which the priority of moral values is translated outward.
