Cooperation between Russian border libraries with libraries of neighboring CIS states in the field of vocational education and advanced training

The article presents data on the Russian border libraries's activities in the field of the staff's vocational education and staff development with the countries Commonwealth of Independent States members (CIS). Information is presented on the results of a survey conducted by the Russian State Library (RSL) among libraries in the border regions of Russia.
