Cooperation between Russia and China in the development of the Northern Sea Route

This article analyzes the role of the Northern Sea Route's development for the Russian economy. The advantages of cooperation between Russia and China in developing the Northern Sea Route are discussed. The importance of investment and technological support from China for the effective development of the Arctic shipping routes is emphasized. Cooperation with Russia will enable China to implement the "Ice Silk Road" project as part of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative.
