Cooperation of subjects of social and labor relations in the formation of an environmentally sustainable economy

The article analyzes the current problems of labor safety, the ecology of the work environment. Legal measures are proposed for the implementation of socio-economic transformations that contribute to the effectiveness of the labor protection safety system and industrial ecology in organizations. It is about changing the prevailing models of the representation of the rights and interests of workers in the world of work, using, along with trade union representation, the conduct of such work by other representative bodies. It is proposed to strengthen legal measures in relation to officials responsible for labor protection and industrial ecology.
