Cooperation of universities with enterprises and organizations in conducting practical training of students in a distance form

The article presents the specifics of the interaction of universities with various stakeholders - potential employers who provide places for internships, involving students of various levels and forms of training in real production and commercial processes. The motivation underlying the interaction between universities and representatives of the real sector of the economy is described. Various variants of the organization of practical training in the conditions of the distance format are shown (on the example of the interaction of the university with the customs authorities of the Russian Federation). The problems arising in the organization during the management of interns are considered, personal and business qualities necessary for a mentor-manager are highlighted. The problems arising during remote communication are outlined.
