Innovation cooperation as a dimension of modern public administration

The article reviews characteristics of innovation cooperation, ways of its development, and proposes its types. It generalizes the Russian experience in the field of international cooperation support measures and presents a range of conclusions about possible applications of the identified features within innovation policy.
