Improving staff adaptation in a municipal institution

This article discusses the system of personnel adaptation on the example of the municipal state institution " Department of Culture of the administration of the municipal district "Kozelsky district" (executive and administrative body)". The personnel management system of the institution was studied, which allowed to identify shortcomings in the organization of personnel adaptation. Based on the results of the study, a personnel adaptation program was developed. The scientific significance of the study consists in the development of scientifically based recommendations for improving the adaptation of personnel in a municipal institution. The practical significance lies in the possibility of using the recommendations in other institutions.
