Improving staff adaptation in the organization

Adaptation is a key element of personnel management in a modern organization. Effective adaptation programs help to reduce staff turnover, increase productivity and employee satisfaction, as well as create a positive corporate image. In the context of the changing labor market and the spread of remote work, the importance of adaptation becomes even more obvious, requiring organizations to introduce modern and flexible approaches to managing this process. The article substantiates the relevance of the research topic, presents the results of a quantitative analysis of personnel, and the results of an assessment of adaptation measures conducted in the organization under study. Based on the results of the study, measures are proposed to improve the adaptation of personnel in the organization.
