Improvement of the excise taxation

An Important economic sector of the Russian Federation is the market of alcohol and tobacco products. The analysis showed that the consumption of tobacco and alcohol products increases, increases the amount of excise duty received by the Federal budget. However, there are problems that affect the completeness of these revenues. In the article the directions of improvement of taxation and control over excisable goods are considered.
