Improvement of law enforecement officers’ anti-crisis negotiation competence and ways of its optimization

The article dwells on the formation of law enforcement officers’ anti-crisis negotiation competence, identifying and overcoming potential crises in negotiation. The author gives the results of empirical research, estimates the revealed groups of mistakes made by law enforcement officers while negotiating with persons who have committed crimes or are in the process of committing them. The reader learns the methods used to effectively form police officers’ anti-crisis negotiation competence in situations related to commission of a crime.
