This article is devoted to the actual problem of improving personnel auditing and controlling in the conditions of modern business world with the use of digital technologies. The study considers key aspects of digital technologies implementation in human resource management, including automated audit systems, data analytics for controlling and innovative methods of personnel training. Examples of successful application of digital tools in various companies are given, the advantages of such technologies and their impact on the efficiency of human resource management are identified. Digital technologies are becoming an integral part of the strategy for improving corporate processes, contributing to the efficiency and competitiveness of companies in today's business environment. The study provides an analysis of various aspects of this evolutionary process, from the introduction of automated audit systems capable of monitoring and evaluating work processes in more detail to innovative methods of personnel training using digital technologies.
