Perfection of business processes of JSC "Siberian PGO"

The essence of the management process is explained, business processes are highlighted using the example of JSC "Siberian PGO". The results of the analysis of the quality of the main process of the object's activity are presented, a critical subprocess is identified and a variant of its improvement is proposed.
