Improving business processes for evaluating top managers of the company using the IDEF0 model

In order to improve the business processes for evaluating the company's management personnel, it is proposed to use the upgraded methodology for functional modeling IDEF0, through the introduction of information systems for personnel and payroll accounting based on the ARIS software product. The article presents the most frequently used methods for evaluating management, and analyzes business processes for evaluating management personnel. The final chart of management personnel evaluation is constructed.
