Improvement of the organization's activity based on SWOT-analysis (for example Telecom- Express LLC)

The article reveals the problems of improving the activities of call -centers. On the example of activity of LLC Telecom-Express the SWOT-analysis is carried out. The article discusses the strengths and opportunities that make up the strategic potential of LLC "Telecom-Express". On the basis of the analysis of threats and weaknesses of the organization the directions of improvement of activity are offered.
