Improvement of activity of bodies of state labour inspection in the system of state supervision and control of the Republic of Buryatia

State labour inspections in the system of state control and supervision play an important role, ensuring compliance with the legal rights of workers, preventing violations of labour legislation. The authors study the features of the State Labour Inspection in the Republic of Buryatia and identify its main approaches to the implementation of its powers in the article. The authors reveal the shortcomings of the current model of the State Labour Inspection in the Republic of Buryatia and propose a risk-oriented approach as the most promising mechanism for the implementation of activities within the framework of control and supervision over the observance of labor legislation.
