Improvement of activity specialized environmental prosecutories in the Russian Federation as a way of protecting rights citizens for a favorable environment and unlimited access to water facilities common use

The provisions of the water legislation providing for the right of citizens to free access to public water bodies and their coastlines for personal domestic purposes are analyzed, and the practice of prosecutorial response and judicial protection to ensure the violated right of unhindered access to the waters of rivers, seas, lakes and reservoirs and adjacent coastal strip. Recommendations are proposed on introducing amendments and additions to the Water and Land Codes of the Russian Federation, aimed at creating a uniform interpretation and application of legislative provisions on the implementation of the right of access to water bodies of an unlimited circle of people.
