Improvement of the didactic system of higher ethnocultural education

The article is devoted to the problems of modernization of the didactic system of higher ethnocultural education, which is presented by the authors as a set of organizational parameters and managerial actions that ensure the implementation of the educational process. Ethnocultural education is considered as a pedagogical process of introducing a person to ethnic culture, which at the level of higher education is provided with didactic tasks of forming students’ ethnocultural competencies. Didactic systems of higher ethnocultural education are designed to provide training for personnel capable of organizing purposeful activities to preserve and develop traditions of folk art, as well as to create conditions to meet the educational needs of citizens in the field of folk art culture. At the same time, it is important to develop models of advanced education and, in particular, the design and implementation of didactic innovations in the educational process. Such innovations include: historical continuity in the development and improvement of the theory of ethnocultural activity, the construction of ethnocultural education based on an interdisciplinary approach, the purposeful introduction of adaptive learning algorithms, the use of modular design technology, ensuring the continuity of ethnocultural education, purposeful improvement of the selection process of scientific knowledge for inclusion in the context of academic subjects.
