Improvement of financial instruments for implementation of import substitution policy in agriculture of Krasnodar region

This article examined the main strategies for the development of agricultural producers, as well as the main problems that these producers face in Russia in 2019. The author considered the modern conditions in which the agro-industrial complex of the Krasnodar Territory functions and identified the problems of the financial and credit mechanism for implementing the import substitution policy in the region. The article also offers a number of recommendations for improving financial instruments for the implementation of the import substitution policy in the Krasnodar Territory.
