Financial tools of stimulation of import substitution enterprises of the Russian Federation

In the article analyzes high-tech goods in the total volume of imports and exports, as well as the number of developed advanced technologies by types of economic activity in the Russian Federation. The author offers recommendations on stimulation of import substitution of domestic production by means of financial mechanisms.
