Improving public administration based on data mining technologies

In the context of digital transformation, public administration is faced with the need to process and analyze huge volumes of heterogeneous data, which requires the use of advanced data mining technologies. The purpose of this study is to determine the role and potential of data mining in improving the efficiency of managing complex multicomponent systems in the public sector of the Russian Federation. Intelligent technologies make it possible to identify hidden patterns, predict the development of the socioeconomic situation and improve the validity of decisions made by government agencies. Particular attention is paid to issues related to data security, transparency of algorithms and ethical aspects of their use in the public sector. The article formulates recommendations for the implementation of data mining in public administration of the Russian Federation, aimed at increasing its efficiency, adaptability and resilience to modern challenges.
