Improving state management of the labor market in the Republic of Tyva

The article characterizes the improvement of state management of the labor market in the Republic of Tyva. The study of national and cultural features of the labor market shows that in each of the regions of the Russian Federation the labor market is formed independently and depends on a number of characteristics, such as the minimum wage, assessment of the prestige of the profession, demand for qualified labor force; an important factor is the demographic and social structure of the population, influencing the traditional attitude to work and employment, which is formed under the influence of the mentality of the local population.
