Improvement of state migration policy under the conditions of innovative development of the Russian Federation

This article shows that the state migration policy embodied currently cannot satisfy the requirement in foreign labor in the context of innovative development scenario. The authors consider the mechanism of engaging foreign workers to perform labor activity in the Russian Federation according to their professional qualification, and define the directions of improving the migration policy of the Russian Federation under the conditions of innovative developing the national economy implementation.
