Toolset improvement applied to food safety estimation

In the article the analyses of applied methodology and indicators of food safety have been made as well as their advantages and disadvantages have been noticed, the ways to improve the applied toolset for simplification of monitoring process have been settled, methods for achievement of necessary and timely data to implement the monitoring have been suggested.
