Improving the personnel policy of municipal employees

The article discusses the features of improving the personnel policy of municipal employees. It is noted that additional evaluation tools are needed to better evaluate candidates in the bidding process. The municipal personnel policy is a set of principles, methods and forms of an institutional mechanism, the purpose of which is to establish goals and objectives that contribute to the preservation, strengthening and development of the personnel potential of the municipal government.
