The article deals with the theoretical aspects of the formation of personnel policy and the effectiveness of personnel management in the catering enterprise. The analysis of the personnel policy of a public catering company on the example of a bakery is carried out. It is concluded that the selected and qualitatively implemented personnel policy will allow the company to occupy a high position in its niche, and the staff of this enterprise to have stability in their work, motivation for career growth and acceptance of social status by society.
