Improvement of communication processes in strategic management of the organizations

Results of research of structure and features of creation of communication processes on the example of JSC «Russian Railways» are presented in article and their efficiency is estimated, on the basis of process approach suggestions for improvement of communication processes within the automated corporate and information JSC «Russian Railways» system are developed.
