Improving the competencies of preschool teachers in the use of modern educational technologies

The research problem and the rationale for its relevance. The research has shown that a significant number of teachers have an insufficient level of readiness to use new forms, methods and technologies in their practice and would like to acquire professional skills. The contradiction lies in the fact that on the one hand, there is a need to form the multifaceted development of preschool children on the basis of spiritual and moral values of the Russian people, and on the other hand, not all teachers have sufficient readiness and competencies to effectively implement this process. The goal of the research is to form the skills of preschool teachers to use in their work new forms and methods that meet the needs of modern preschool pedagogy, to plan educational and upbringing process. Methodology (materials and methods). The analysis of the results of the survey of teaching staff suggests that the maximum difficulties teachers of general education organizations experience in the implementation of skills: modeling methods, techniques and tools to achieve educational outcomes of preschool children. During the research the following methods were used: study and analysis of normative documents, pedagogical literature, questionnaire survey, analysis of the results of teachers' self-study, statistical methods of data processing. The scientific novelty of this research lies in the development of modeling of forms, methods and techniques for achieving educational outcomes through the implementation of the sample calendar plan of educational work.
