Improvement of complex ultrasound diagnostics of urolithiasis of kidneys

Based on the analysis of data from domestic and foreign literature, modern aspects of ultrasound diagnostics and monitoring of treatment of urolithiasis and obstructive syndrome are considered. The features of the reaction of the hemodynamic parameters of the kidney to the obstruction of the upper urinary tract and the impact of a shock wave on the renal parenchyma are considered. The possibilities of Dopplerometry in assessing renal blood flow both before and after surgery are highlighted.
