Perfection of constitutional regulation of exercise of legislative initiative right in the Russian Federation

In the article the issues related to legislative initiative right of superior judicial authorities of the Russian Federation are studied as well as delivering of the Government of the Russian Federation completion on bills, which affect federal budget. Courses of perfection of the Constitution of the Russian Federation article 104 provisions with a view to constitute additional legal guarantees of exercise of legislative initiative right are proposed by the author as a result of his analysis.
