Improving the design and justification of optimal parameters of the fiber material cleaner from large debris

The article presents a design diagram of a fiber material cleaner, in particular raw cotton from large litter. The principle of operation of the recommended fiber material cleaner PT-10 is presented in detail. On the basis of full-factor experiments, the optimal parameters of the PT-10 cleaner are justified, which provide an increase in the cleaning effect, a decrease in the free fiber in raw cotton and the content of raw cotton in waste.
