The article examines the features of the corporate culture of the "Ural meat company", conducted a survey of the company's employees. To improve the efficiency of corporate culture at this enterprise, we have developed a program for improving the corporate culture of the Ural Meat Company, which includes: developing a business credo, introducing mentoring practices, developing a business assessment system for employees, developing a code of business ethics that will contribute to improving the socio-psychological climate team, as well as familiarize the employee with the goals, objectives and vision of the enterprise, the introduction of an adaptation system based on mentoring, the development of mottos and slogans.
