The improvement of credit policy of banks by the means of the strong analysis of the elements of organizing the credit financing of physical and juridical persons is described. In the context of dynamic financial market, the efficient credit policy is considered as the key tool for the stabilization of banks and their competitive growth. The basic elements, having influence on credit financing (such as the credit rating, the management of risks and the peculiarities of formation of credit proposals), are observed.
