Improving the mechanism of formation of state tasks and provision of public services by institutions of additional education for children: the financial aspect

The materials of this article continue to address issues related to solving the problems identified by the Concept of Development of Youth Sports in the Russian Federation until 2030. The article discusses the problems related to increasing the level of financing, equipping the material and technical base of institutions that implement additional general education programs in the field of physical culture and sports. In order to ensure equal opportunities for children to engage in physical education and sports, and to establish a unified approach to calculating financial support for public institutions, a comparative analysis of methods for calculating regulatory costs for public services for the implementation of additional general education programs of a physical culture and sports orientation was carried out.
